Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Sugar has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:
Cancellations made before the 24-hour mark will not be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file.
Prior to the 24 hour mark you can cancel or reschedule your appointment via the Square app…just check your appointment confirmation for a link to reschedule.
After the 24 hour mark you will need to reach out to us directly to cancel or reschedule.

We do our best to answer calls, but we may not always have a front desk staff available.
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Appointment Confirmations & Reminders
We’ll send you a confirmation text and email 2 days before your appointment, followed by a reminder 24 hours in advance. Please make sure your contact info is up to date so you don’t miss a beat!
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened or gently used retail products within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.
